service 05 — social media management

we run the accounts so you can run the business.

posting three times one week and then vanishing for a month is worse than not posting at all. we plan a month ahead, write in your voice, publish on schedule, and answer the people who reply.

the algorithm rewards showing up. most small businesses don't.

what you get

a month, planned and published.

six things that run every month whether or not you think about them.

01

a calendar a month ahead

you see every post — image, caption, date, platform — in one place before anything goes live. approve it in ten minutes, or tell us what to change.

02

captions in your voice

we interview you once, then write the way you actually talk. no hashtag soup, no motivational quotes, nothing that reads like it came from an agency.

03

posting on a real schedule

published three to five times a week at the hours your audience is actually online — holidays and slow weeks included. consistency is the entire mechanism.

04

comments and dms answered

we reply within the business day, in your voice, and flag anything that needs you personally: a complaint, a quote request, a real customer question.

05

we work from your library

if we shot for you, we pull from that. if not, we mix your existing photos with designed posts built on your brand colours and type, so nothing looks borrowed.

06

one page of reporting

reach, follower change, saves and shares, and which three posts did the work — plus what we're changing next month because of it.

the process

how a month runs.

one approval from you, then it takes care of itself.

1

we learn how you sound

one call, plus a read through everything you've already posted. we come out with a short voice guide — what you say, what you never say — and you sign off on it.

week 1
2

we build the month

the full calendar drafted in one go: images, captions, dates, platforms. you review it in a single sitting instead of approving posts one at a time all month.

week 1–2
3

we publish and reply

posts go out on schedule and we handle comments and dms as they come. anything that needs you, you hear about the same day.

ongoing
4

we report and adjust

one page at month end on what actually moved. the next calendar gets built around what worked, not around a template.

monthly
questions

the things everybody asks.

which platforms do you cover?

instagram and facebook for most local businesses, and we add tiktok or linkedin when your customers are genuinely there. we'd rather run two accounts properly than five badly — if a platform isn't earning its place, we'll tell you to drop it.

do we need a photo shoot first?

it helps enormously, but no. we can start from photos you already have plus designed posts in your brand colours. most clients book a shoot after a month or two, once they've seen which kinds of posts their audience responds to.

who replies to comments and dms?

we do, in your voice, within the business day. anything that needs you — a complaint, a price question, a booking — gets forwarded the same day rather than answered with a guess.

what if we don't like a post?

you see the whole month before anything publishes, so you can cut or change it at that stage. if something does slip through that you're unhappy with, we take it down and it goes into the voice guide so it doesn't happen twice.

how long before it works?

reach usually moves within four to six weeks. followers are slower, and honestly matter less than saves, shares, and dms — those are the ones that turn into customers. we report all of it so you can judge for yourself.

want your accounts to run themselves?

send us your instagram handle and we'll tell you what we'd change in the first month. no pitch deck, no pressure.
