show up when the neighborhood searches.
the three businesses in google's map pack get the call. everyone below gets scrolled past. we do the unglamorous work that puts you in those three — profile, reviews, citations, and the pages behind them.
the map pack gets the call. everyone else gets scrolled.
the work that actually moves rank.
no keyword-stuffed blog posts. the six things google reads first.
a google business profile that's finished
every field filled: categories, service areas, hours, attributes, products, and photos that get replaced on a schedule instead of once in 2019.
a real keyword map
what your customers actually type — including the phrases with the neighborhood in them — matched to a specific page on your site, so two pages never compete for the same search.
on-page fixes
titles, headings, internal links, image alt text, and location schema. this is where most small business sites are quietly losing, and it's the cheapest thing to fix.
consistent citations
your name, address, and phone matched across apple maps, bing, yelp, and the directories that matter in your trade. mismatched details are a rank problem, not just a tidiness problem.
a review engine
a request flow that asks happy customers at the right moment, plus help replying to every review. review volume and recency are ranking factors — and the first thing a human reads.
monthly reporting in english
calls, direction requests, map-pack position by keyword, and what we're doing next. one page. no 40-slide dashboard export.
how we climb.
the first month fixes what's broken. after that it compounds.
we audit what you have
profile, site, citations, reviews, and who's currently beating you locally. you get the findings as a plain list of what's wrong, ranked by what'll move first.
week 1we fix the profile
the fastest wins live here. categories, services, photos, hours, and the questions section — usually the first place the needle moves.
week 1–2we build the signals
on-page fixes, location pages if you serve multiple towns, citation cleanup, and the review flow switched on.
week 2–6we report and keep going
local seo isn't a project you finish. every month we post updates, chase reviews, hold the citations steady, and send you one page on where you stand.
monthlythe things everybody asks.
how long until i see results?
profile fixes can show inside two weeks. map-pack movement on competitive terms usually takes 30 to 90 days, and holding it is ongoing work. anyone promising page one in a week is either guessing or gaming something that'll get penalised.
can you guarantee the number one spot?
no, and neither can anyone else — google's local ranking mixes relevance, distance, and prominence, and distance isn't something we control. what we can do is make you the most complete, most reviewed, most consistent option in your radius.
we serve a few different towns. does that work?
yes, and it needs its own structure: a real page per service area with content specific to that town, not one page with fifteen place names crammed in. that's what gets filtered as spam.
do we need to keep paying every month?
the audit and the fixes are one-time and yours to keep. the monthly work is reviews, posts, citation drift, and competitors doing the same thing you are. plenty of clients run six months with us and then take it in-house — we'll show you how.
what if we have bad reviews?
every business does. what matters is volume, recency, and whether the owner replied like a professional. we'll help you answer the rough ones and get enough recent good ones that a single bad month stops setting the tone.
