Howllywood
a mobile groomer that needed to look established before it was. identity first, then the site.

mobile grooming is a trust purchase — you're handing over a pet and letting a stranger park outside your house. the brand had to do a lot of work before the booking form ever loaded.
what was in the way.
a newer business competing against established groomers with years of reviews. the problem wasn't service quality, it was that nothing about the presentation signalled permanence.
people book a mobile groomer on feel. the identity had to read warm and professional at the same time — friendly enough to trust with a pet, organised enough to trust with a schedule.

the actual work.
built the identity first
a logo family, a colour system tested for contrast, and typography that works on a van door as well as a phone screen.
then the site
hand-coded, mobile-first, with the booking path as the shortest route through the page.
local foundations
google business profile completed, service areas defined properly across the towns covered.
what changed.
inbound leads rose 130% within seven days of launch. looking established turned out to be most of the job.
