Hardwired Technologies
a technology company with real expertise and almost no visible presence. we rebuilt the site and put a voice behind the account.

hardwired had the credentials and the client list. what they didn't have was anything a prospect could find, read, or judge them by before a first call.
what was in the way.
b2b technology is a trust sale. by the time a prospect takes a call they've already formed a view, and that view comes almost entirely from what they can find online.
the existing presence didn't carry the weight of the work. the site read as a placeholder, and the linkedin account posted rarely enough that it signalled dormancy rather than momentum.

the actual work.
rebuilt the site
hand-coded, mobile-first, structured so the services are legible in ten seconds rather than buried in paragraphs.
found the voice
we interviewed the team and wrote a short voice guide, then wrote the site copy against it. technical without being impenetrable.
switched the account on
a real posting calendar, planned a month ahead, published on a schedule instead of when someone remembered.
what changed.
linkedin impressions rose 523% in the first seven days of consistent posting. the mechanism wasn't clever — it was showing up, in a voice that sounded like the company, on a schedule.
